Hello friends and family! Eric and I welcomed our little girl, Grafton, into the world on January 9, 2009 and our baby boy, James, on December 2, 2010! We have just been blessed with our precious baby girl, Price, who was born August 28, 2012. We feel incredibly blessed and humbled, and we thank our gracious Lord above for all of our amazing family and friends. We hope this blog can give you a glimpse into our lives and a taste of how precious our children are. God is so so good, and we praise His Holy name.

Football Season!!!!!

The most wonderful season has arrived....FOOTBALL SEASON!!!!! Oh how we love football here in Oxford, MS! The grove, the jerseys, the excitement, the food, the cheers, the friends, the tradition! The fun NEVER ends. It is our first year with no pack-n-play in the grove, and we are chasing little Price around EVERYWHERE, but it is a blast nonetheless. I am thankful for this tradition we have and for having children who have grown up going to the grove every weekend in the fall and loving it as much as we do!

September fun

What a busy but fun month it has been. We have played soccer, we have had tennis clinics, we have been in the grove, we have led church on Wednesdays, we have had play dates, and we have had some good down time also. I love this time of year- we have a good schedule going, we get to play outside a lot, and everyone seems happy. I've been able to join a tennis league and play matches twice a week, Eric plays once a week, and Grafton does a clinic once a week. Grafton has been playing soccer each week and has scored some goals, and James just started a basketball program at school. It has been busy but lots of fun. Here are some pictures of what we have been doing...
This picture warms my heart. No matter how hard or crazy the day has been, when it ends with hugs and laughter you know it is precious. I firmly believe that God gives us so many precious moments to remind us what a blessing these little lives are.
 Grafton's #1 soccer fan!

 Miss Independent
I mean really- such a stinker!
How beautiful is this precious girl!?! Her heart is even more wonderful than her smile. She continues to amaze me with her love for others and love for the Lord.
 Pulllllllllllll
"Mommy, do I look tough?!" Oh how I love this kid!
Eric and Scott took a road trip to the Vandy vs Ole Miss game, so the kids and I had a fun day at home! Little p-nut had a blast watching the game with all her little babies!
Cuddled up to watch the football game!
 Little cheerleader
I treated the kids to lunch on the square before we went home to watch the football game. They are such little goofballs!
I look at this picture and can imagine her in 10 years...
 Always so smiley!
This face totally shows her personality! She is such a boss, such a sweetie, such a silly girl!
 Handsome little dude
 My heart!
Playing on the first day of fall!
We had an impromptu trip to Memphis this week and enjoyed eating dinner with Uncle Scott! These kids are so blessed to have an Uncle who loves them so much!
Grafton's class led chapel this week and she did great! She loves her sweet little friends!
Grafton and Henry- they have such a silly relationship
 This makes my heart happy
Grafton got in the car after school and said "I am going to marry Henry....I told him and he said 'ooooohhhh gross! no no no no!' But I told him that he will change his mind when he gets older!!!!" She cracks me up. I love and admire her confidence!

James and Price start preschool

Sweet little James and Price started Preschool at First Baptist Church at the beginning of September. We have been at this precious school for FIVE years now and just love it. I can't explain how comforting it is to drop my children off at a school where the teachers genuinely love them, know them, laugh with them, and teach them the word of God. It has been and continues to be such a blessing in our life.

I was anxious to see how Price would like school...since this is her first year to go. Well, I'm not sure what I was wondering about...she absolutely loves it and is the life of the class! The assistant head of MMO told me on the first day "I went into her class and asked the teachers to show me who has the biggest personality in the room and they all pointed to Price!!" Hahaha- cracked me up but I wasn't surprised at all! She is such a stinker!

Sweet James has loved his teachers- Mrs Brenda and Mrs Glenda- the same teachers that Grafton had when she was in preschool. I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about these women. They are angels that God has put at this school to lead my precious children, and I am so so so thankful. James has also started a basketball program called TOTS at his school- thanks to DeeDee who is treating him! They learn leadership skills, life skills, and basketball skills and he is beyond THRILLED! He LOVES it!

This is my first time with no kids in the house (for a few hours at least) since James was born. It's been almost FOUR years!!!! I felt a little empty at first, a little lost I guess, but now I feel such joy knowing that my children are having a blast and I am getting a little "me" time!! Here are a few pictures from the first day....
Sending all three babies off to school. Oh how I pray for their days, their friends, their teachers...they are my heart!

Almost to school! James is SOOOOO excited!

Price's assistant head of the program sent me this picture on the first day of school and said "she is so happy!" Oh how I needed to see this! It was very odd, driving around town with no children in the back of my car, and my heart hurt a little bit....then I got a text with this picture and I smiled. God is good.
