A great trip

Today was our last full day at the beach and what a great day it was. The kids were so great today. We shopped, we ate lunch out, and we played on the beach till 6:00 tonight! The weather was perfect and there was barely a wave in the ocean. We collected sea shells, we threw the Frisbee, we went on walks along the shore, and we dug lots of big holes in the sand! It was so perfect and just hoped it somehow wouldn't end. How thankful I am that God has given us this trip and these precious moments together.

 And spent the afternoon on the beach! It was perfect!!

Another beach update

I know by now most people are tired of seeing my beach pictures, but it has been such a great trip that I can't quit taking photos of my sweet children! Yesterday it was a cloudy and windy day, so we only spent a few hours on the beach and then shopped for a few hours too! We ate a fantastic lunch and cooked fish for dinner. It was another great and relaxing day!

This was Price's position every morning! She LOVED looking out at the ocean! And on a side note- look at her precious little curls! I love them :)

 The kids had so much fun chasing the birds on the beach after lunch. I love when they get so excited over life's simple joys! It puts things in perspective for us all.

Sweet and Special Birthday

I had a wonderful and fun birthday at the beach this year- filled with some beach time, some shopping, and some delicious food! My mom made it extra special with birthday cards from all 3 kids- their handprints, their drawings, and sweet little messages. We played on the beach for a long time and had a little pool time during the day. Then we went to my favorite- the Back Porch- for dinner and had a delicious meal! It definitely wasn't paleo, but the extra fat and sugar was worth it for my birthday! We ended the night with some shopping and family time. It was a very special day with my sweet children and mom....if only Eric could have been with me too!
