Grafton Lee Graeber has arrived!!!

Our baby girl was born on Friday, December 9, 2009 at 5:56 PM! She weighed 6 pounds even and is 20 inches long. After 27 glorious hours of labor, Grafton came into the world with lots of brown hair and dark blue eyes, olivey skin and skinny legs and arms. She swallowed a lot of fluid so was sent to NICU to be monitored and hasn't made it out quite yet. Grafton is doing great- she is staying in NICU through the week to make sure she doesn't develop any infections from the fluid. It was hard leaving her, but we know that the nurses at Baptist East are the best and she is in wonderful hands! Thank you all for the many prayers you have offered, and we ask for many more in the next week. Here are a few pictures from her first few days of life...we call her a unicorn with the beautiful IV they stuck in her head! Hopefully that will come out soon and we can get some "normal" pictures to share with everyone! We will update the blog as we get more news throughout the next several days.
