Hello friends and family! Eric and I welcomed our little girl, Grafton, into the world on January 9, 2009 and our baby boy, James, on December 2, 2010! We have just been blessed with our precious baby girl, Price, who was born August 28, 2012. We feel incredibly blessed and humbled, and we thank our gracious Lord above for all of our amazing family and friends. We hope this blog can give you a glimpse into our lives and a taste of how precious our children are. God is so so good, and we praise His Holy name.

Clean up!

Grafton loves to "clean up" around the house.  I am not sure where she got this from because I am not the neatest person around, but she loves to dust, pick up shoes, put away laundry, etc.  The other day I was in the bathroom putting on make-up and here comes Grafton with my running shoes from the den saying "clean up! clean up, Mommy!" as she put my shoes in the closet!  Then she began wiping the bathtub with a rag while singing her own little "dooda" song!

Last week we were playing in her room before bedtime, and I had not put away her clean laundry.  She got the laundry basket and started saying "clean up!" while she opened up random drawers and put clothes in them! 

My favorite is how she "cleans up" her baby doll- she has done this twice now and I finally captured a picture the second time around.  One morning last week I was fixing her breakfast and took it to her in the den....only to discover that she was not in there!  I looked all over and couldn't find her, until I heard some noise coming from the nursery.  I walk in to find Grafton chanting "wipe, wipe, wipe" as she tried to get her baby wipes out of the package.  Her baby doll was undressed, laying on her changing pad, and Grafton was wiping her down and changing a diaper!  It was so precious!
