It has been a busy couple of weeks with some fun times, some sad times, and some good family times. Eric's Grandmother, "Bijou," passed away a week ago. While we are selfishly sad to not have her with us any longer, we are happy that she is pain-free and celebrating in heaven with Papa. Eric's brothers and sisters came to town, as well as many cousins, so it was nice to spend some time with family and have the children play together. Grafton just adores her little boy cousins who are her age (Thomas, Leyton and Henry) so she was excited to see them all weekend! Bijou was really a remarkable woman who has left behind such a legacy for her family and friends- she will be missed by so many.
On a brighter note, we have had lots of fun play time the past couple of weeks with friends. We have had dinner dates and play dates, and both children are really having a fun time playing with each other. Grafton has become quite the "sharer" with James! She loves to bring him ALL her toys and say "Look! James is having a PARTY!" She says she is "burying James in toys!" and throws all her toys all over him. He loves the attention of course!
