We had a fun and busy Halloween! Grafton had her Mothers' Morning Out Halloween Party at school, so DeeDee came with James and I for some fun with Grafton's friends. It was great seeing her play with the other children and see her room and crafts. They had fun Halloween snacks, made a creepy spider, sang songs, then played. In the afternoon we took pictures with our neighbors, who have Caroline (Grafton's age and her best friend) and Charlotte (4 1/2 months old)- it is always fun getting the kids together. Grafton and James were invited to a Halloween party at Grafton's friend John Alden's house, so we went there for food and treats before hitting the town. Grafton trick or treated down North Lamar- a very fun area where the houses get all decked out with tunnels, haunted rooms, and fun decorations. She even went to the Fire Station and got a balloon and candy. It was a blast and Grafton could not have had more fun!! Her ice cream costume was a hit and EVERYONE commented on it being the cutest one they had seen! She loved all the attention. James was great- hung out in the stroller and watched all the fun. Thank GOODNESS he is a sweet and happy little guy who just goes with the flow. My how blessed we are!
