Crazy Kids

James and Grafton can be so silly and goofy sometimes, and they just crack me up playing together and climbing all over each other. As I have mentioned before, Grafton is really having a fun time playing with James these days.  He will pretty much do whatever she says and he loves to follow her around and copy her. They are constantly climbing on chairs, rolling around on the floor, making wayyyyy too much noise, and spreading toys all over the house!

The other day I was exhausted and sadly I was pretty much counting down the minutes till bedtime, when suddenly I hard so much noise and laughter coming from the kitchen.  I went in to find James and Grafton pulling out all of my mixing bowls and banging them together, throwing them on the ground, and putting them on their heads!  They were having an absolute blast!  I am sure we have a few more dents in the hardwood and scratches on the walls now, but the fun they were having was well worth it! We sat on the kitchen floor for 45 minutes playing and laughing and singing together- it was such a perfect ending to the day and reminded me of the joy these children bring into my life.  It was one of those moments that God said "Wait a minute Shea, no time to be exhausted, look at these two blessings in your life and make the most out of every minute you have with them!" And that is what I did!
