I have decided that God likes messes and busy schedules- messes mean that we are having fun with the hands and feet He gave us, and busy schedules mean that He is filling our lives with friends and family and experiences that we are so thankful for. I also believe that it is even more important to take moments through out the day to STOP, be quiet, take a moment and look at the big picture. Look at what GOD is doing at that moment in your life. At this moment in my life, right here at 9:58 on Monday morning, God has blessed us with another day, He has provided Grafton and James with a school that they LOVE and precious teachers who shower them with attention, He has placed a perfect baby in this swing beside me snoozing away, He has given Eric a job that he can excel at and therefore can provide for our family, He has given us the gorgeous sunshine and gentle breeze blowing the leaves outside, and He has blessed me with another day to enjoy His creations. Today I am going to embrace these 8 fleeting weeks as gifts from God in so many different ways, and I am thanking Him for filling them with lots of messes and busy-ness but also for the moments that I can reflect on the LOVE He has placed in my heart. Happy 8 weeks precious Price!!
