Hello friends and family! Eric and I welcomed our little girl, Grafton, into the world on January 9, 2009 and our baby boy, James, on December 2, 2010! We have just been blessed with our precious baby girl, Price, who was born August 28, 2012. We feel incredibly blessed and humbled, and we thank our gracious Lord above for all of our amazing family and friends. We hope this blog can give you a glimpse into our lives and a taste of how precious our children are. God is so so good, and we praise His Holy name.

Favorite Fall Tradition

My absolute favorite fall tradition is taking the kids to Cedar Hill Farms in Hernando, MS to the pumpkin patch. Every year it is SO MUCH FUN! This year did not disappoint. Typically DeeDee comes with us, but she is out of town with friends and since this is Grafton's fall break, this was the best day to go. The kids and I loaded up early this morning, packed snacks and a sack lunch, and put some big ole smiles on our faces as we headed to the pumpkin patch! No lie, the kids have been begging to go for nearly a month, so the anticipation was quite big!

We started off with the hay ride to the pumpkin patch where they each picked out their favorite pumpkin.

Then we walked over to the corn maze. We have never done the maze until this year and the kids LOVED it! Grafton and James did awesome. I was following behind with Price (who was taking her own sweet time of course) and the two older ones found their way out all by themselves! They were so excited...especially when some older kids began cheering for them that they found their own way out!

Next we headed for the pony rides! This is always a favorite, and it was Price's first time to do it! I thought she may be scared but no ma'am, she hopped right on and rode away!

They all enjoyed feeding the farm animals. Grafton's favorite were the chickens and the cow, Price really liked the donkeys and miniature horses, and James liked teasing all of them!!

We waited in line for the little train ride. It is really short and small....but the kids still like doing it :)

And finally the pic races!!! Another favorite of theirs. They cheered and cheered for the "brown" pig, but somewhere it kept losing. They laughed, jumped up and down, and clapped. It was great!

 My goofballs
Last picture of the day. It was pretty much perfect!
We had an awesome day that I wish never had to end! After the pumpkin patch, we decided to drive up to Memphis and spend a few hours. We played around at Toys R Us, visited Eric at his office, then had an early dinner. The kids were so great and sweet and easy all day long, and I thanked God for days like this as we drove home. I'm so thankful that He provides these precious memories and moments and traditions that we can enjoy and that help remind us how simple Joy and Love can be. Even going to sleep tonight the kids were still excited and happy and smiling from the day. We all just want to relive it again and again!
