What a busy weekend for Grafton! We started cutting our first 2 teeth and surprised us all with "Da-Da!"- her first word! I noticed Friday that Grafton had a little white bump on her bottom gums and then saw how swollen they were. By that night you could see both teeth forming in her gums, just waiting to cut through! They haven't completely come in yet, but they are both cutting through. Then Saturday morning Eric and I were playing with Grafton and she looked up and said "DA-DA" really loudly! We both looked at each other in amazement! Now she says it over and over again- it is precious. I need to start working on her M's now so we can get a Ma-Ma soon. It looks like Grafton is going to be an early developer- she rolled over early, is cutting teeth quickly, and is already saying her first words. She is just growing up too quickly!
We had a great visit with our Aunt BJ- first time for Grafton to get to meet her. She gave Grafton a teddy bear that she just loves so much and cannot keep her mouth off of! We have spent a lot of time this weekend at DeeDee and Pops' house, and Grafton has loved playing in her exersaucer- as you can see in the pictures. It is so fun to just sit and watch her play with the toys and gadgets. She loves petting the dogs too and watches their every move. She is just such a sweet girl and brings so much love and happiness to our lives.
