Hello friends and family! Eric and I welcomed our little girl, Grafton, into the world on January 9, 2009 and our baby boy, James, on December 2, 2010! We have just been blessed with our precious baby girl, Price, who was born August 28, 2012. We feel incredibly blessed and humbled, and we thank our gracious Lord above for all of our amazing family and friends. We hope this blog can give you a glimpse into our lives and a taste of how precious our children are. God is so so good, and we praise His Holy name.

And the candle has been lit!

Last Sunday our family had the honor and privilege of lighting the pink advent candle at church.  This candle represents joy, and I can't think of a more appropriate word to describe this time of year.  Our hearts are filled with such JOY as we reflect on the birth of Jesus Christ, that God would send his only son into such a sinful world so that he could save us all. What an amazing story the Lord has provided for us, and each time I hear it, it amazes me even more. When I look at my children I am overcome by love and adoration, and when God looks down at us, his children, He loves us even more than we can imagine.  What joy this brings us all!
