What a glorious Easter morning at the beach! The Easter Bunny visited us and brought baskets for the kids and hid Easter eggs for them to find that morning. The kids woke up and ran to the den to see what the bunny brought them, and they were ecstatic to find lots of cars, books, candy and play-doh! I think they ate more candy Easter morning than they did on Halloween! Then they hunted Easter eggs. Our tradition has been to put money inside the eggs, so they collected all the eggs, counted their money, and are saving it for a trip to the toy store today!! We went out on the beach for a couple hours that morning, went out for lunch at a new nice restaurant, shopped and played, then had a quiet night at the condo. Eric and Scott headed back home for the work week, but we get to spend a couple more beautiful days on the sand!! Thanks be to God for this beautiful day, for allowing us to spend this Easter Sunday together at this beautiful piece of paradise, and for always reminding us that He sent His Son to save us all so that one day we will be in HIS eternal paradise praising His glorious name! Allelluia!
