Hello friends and family! Eric and I welcomed our little girl, Grafton, into the world on January 9, 2009 and our baby boy, James, on December 2, 2010! We have just been blessed with our precious baby girl, Price, who was born August 28, 2012. We feel incredibly blessed and humbled, and we thank our gracious Lord above for all of our amazing family and friends. We hope this blog can give you a glimpse into our lives and a taste of how precious our children are. God is so so good, and we praise His Holy name.

Valentine's Day

What a sweet and fun Valentine's day we had this year! We made Valentine cookies, we had parties at Grafton's school and James's school, Grafton had the day off from school, we went to Memphis for the day, and we enjoyed lots of presents, cookies, and good food! It was a fun day! I'm not a huge Valentine's Day person because I feel like the love you have for someone should be shared EVERY day and not saved for one particular holiday, but it is always fun to have an excuse to give presents and make a big deal out of everyone! This holiday did not disappoint!

This was James's Valentine card for me and Eric that he made at school. I mean...really...he loves me because I make him breakfast! HA! of all the things he could have said....BUT, his teacher pointed out how sweet it was that he mentioned his mom and dad separately and gave us both some credit!
I absolutely adore this little guy! He is my main dude and has such a special place in this Mommy's heart!
And this is Grafton's precious note to me. She was asked by her teacher at school to finish the sentence "Love is..." Her answer melted my heart! I tell her all the time that I will love her no matter what, I will love her when she is good or bad or sad or mean or anything, I will love her at all times and will never ever stop. She really takes this to heart, and she remembers it. Her teacher told me that when she asked Grafton what "Love is," she responded with the answer below, then said "And that is how I feel about my Mommy! I LOVE her!" What a precious romantic she is!
Grafton has 19 other kids in her class and 2 teachers...she hand-made every card! She wrote their names, wrote them a message, signed it, and decorated it! We made cookies, we filled bags full of candy, and we put stickers on each Valentine. James and Grafton were both ecstatic to take their valentines to their friends this year!

And here is their present from us and DeeDee! A GIANT, HUGE, 5 foot tall dollhouse! And yes, poor sweet "only boy" James even likes it!

These two have so much love between them....and add Layla to the mix and its almost bursting with love!

Happy Valentine's from the Graeber crew!
