So...how did we spend Price's birthday? Well, just like her "sweet" party, we had a "sweet" day for her...beginning with donut holes for breakfast, ice cream for lunch, and cupcakes for dinner. Remember- Price has a big sweet tooth- so when I was thinking about how to celebrate her day all I could think about was dessert!!! Eric got up extra early and went to the donut shop to surprise the kids with a donut hole breakfast- Price's favorite!!! After a church meeting, playdate, school, and a nap, we went to chick-fil-a for lunch with friends and DeeDee- another one of Price's favorites. This girl is SERIOUS about an ice cream cone....she will eat every little piece of it...so an ice cream cone is what we got to celebrate! After that we ALL took a nap, we ate a quick dinner, sang the birthday song again, and had cupcakes before heading to Wednesday night church. Afterwards, we opened presents and called it a day. I'm pretty sure Price has eaten way more sweets than a 1 year old should, but I think it helped make her birthday a little more special for her too. AND, just to add to the excitement of the day, Price took her first steps tonight!!! She walked a couple steps to Eric! What a sweet little gift she gave to us on her birthday! Happy Birthday, sweet girl!
Nothing like waking up to a flash of a camera! Happy Birthday Pnut!
Ending the night with her main man...couldn't be happier!
